Checking in on this beautiful Sunday. It's good to be back, for those who did not know I was in the hospital all last week and came home late Friday. Since
then I've been in bed. I had an infection in my foot and it went to the bone so they amputated my toe so the infection would not spread. Funny how one
little infection can make your whole body so sick, but I'm still slowly recovering. Thank you for those who were praying for me too.

"Greater love," Jesus said, "is no man than this, that a man will lay down his life for his friends" (John 15:13). The supreme sacrifice showing supreme love. "God so loved the world He gave His only begotten Son." "Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and gave His Son as the propitiation for our sins"(1 John 4:10). "For God demonstrated His love towards us in that while we were yet sinners Christ died for the ungodly"(Romans 5:8). And God giving His Son to you is the only way by which God has ever sought to prove that He loves you.
