 Greetings All!  Yesterday was cold for our area. It rained
 and then it hailed. We are suppose to have weather like this
for the rest of the week. (a cold front is blowing down from the North/Alaska. Guess we're getting Winter early this year.)

In my part of Texas, it rained last night, and was chilly overnight, but today is sunny and warm, in the upper 60's. Beats the daylights out of the 27
degrees we had as a high two weeks ago.

Today, it is SNOWING here in my part of Texas. This is the 5th snow we've gotten here this winter. I took my measuring stick outside, and we currently have 5" on the ground. That's more than the other 4 snows put together. And it's still coming down. They are forecasting at least 7" before it stops, but it could be as much as a foot!
 I hope it stops soon!  Texans DO NOT know how to drive in snow! But it won't last long. It's supposed to be in the 50's by Saturday! |

Well, officially we got 12" of snow, a record for this part of Texas. Most everyplace is closed as the roads froze over completely last night, and it is trecherous to drive on ice. But the snow is pretty to look at, and we even made a small snowman (not in this picture). God paints very pretty pictures. Glad I got one to share with y'all! |
