I will be going out of town on Monday, so I wanted to let everyone know that I'll probly not be on much or at all while I am away. I am
going to visit my oldest son, his wife and my grand daughter for about 10 days. I will try to come on for the next two days until I leave.

 Greetings all! I made it back home and I had a wonderful visit with all my family in southern California, but I sure missed my family
here at home (northern California). I brought a terrible cold back with me, but with plenty of rest and fluids I trust the Lord that I will be back to my
regular self in no time. I hope you all had a nice Christmas. I missed you guys and it is sure nice to be back home. Share with us what you did for Christmas
or what you'll be doing for New Years Eve, cause we'd love to hear from you all out there. Okay?
P.S. While I was down south I went to Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa for Sunday Church. On Sunday around 2:00AM, Chuck Smith (the pastor) had a mini stroke, so they kept him in the hospital but said he should recover in time. Greetings Everyone! For New Years up until this afternoon I have been busy while trying to get rid of my bad cold. It seems everyone in
California either has it or just getting over this cold. Anyhow I watched my granddaughter and her friend for a few days while my eldest son and
daughter-in-law went on a trip with another couple. I forgot how kids get board so quickly and entertaining them was a not easy, but they managed to have fun.
When it was over I was sad to seem the girls go and the house seems quite.
I hope you all had an interesting time celebrating the new year. I agree with "Roaming" that the year did fly by mighty fast, but the older I get the faster the years fly by. One comfort to me is no matter what the year brings I can always trust in my Jesus to get me through it, and when I pass I know where I am going and that is to be with our Lord Jesus.
