In reality, most people stray away from God most of their lives. You can call it their choice but as you know humans weak by nature "they know not what
they do". In my opinion it will take a devotion to stay away from God to not be accepted to his kingdom knowing its consequences. However most of us
don't want that but we do wrong anyways, in the end all you can do is accept God's forgiveness.

Yes, I agree completely Lori. My wife Krista is a living example of this, she was turned off from Christianity by a cult group that really did a number on her
and many others. She used those words and told God to leave her alone, but God didn't listen thankfully! LOL

I don't believe it is as "easy" to lose your salvation as your devotional would seem to indicate. If,
tomorrow, I decided I couldn't continue to live for the Lord any more, the Holy Spirit would work in my heart again and again, until I came to the point of
repentence, and/or I hardened my heart and told God to leave me alone. Many of us, when tired or frustrated, or even just plain fed up with living on this
planet, have muttered the words, "God, why don't you just leave me alone for ONE day?" The day you say that, well, lets just
say you have jumped out of the frying pan and into the fire. But not likely the eternal fire. Because that is the day the Holy Spirit really starts working
on you.

The one verse that really holds me when I can't hold him is Phil 1:6 which states "For I am confident of this...
